'GRAM SO HARD

London 🇬🇧 Walking through so many beautiful neighborhoods and unforgettable meals with gorgeous cocktails, this trip was magical ✨The cherry on top of a perfect trip was finding our way to Ladder Shed that last night…IYKYK…#anonpls
Yesterday was such an unbelievable experience it deserves it own post ❤️ We went to see the studio/store and they just happened to have 3 cancellations for the following day (shoutout to Wayne and Kate at Peloton London for being the legit best and helping us get booked)…and thanks to @bradley_rose23 for making HIIT + Hills so fun and giving us an experience we will never forget!

Sous vide is my favorite way to cook pork and steaks, especially since I don’t have a grill 🥩 Looks super fancy but actually is super easy and never overcooks the meat 👌🏻 A quick sear in the cast iron (or a few minutes under the broiler) always finishes it with the perfect sear too! I use the @anovaculinary sous vide and I love the app which connects via Bluetooth to easily keep my eye on temperature and cook time.
