Five Guys Burgers recently opened on Summer Street almost directly across from my office building. With not many options for burgers in the area the lines opening week were outrageous!

If that wasn’t amazing enough, Five Guys announced at the end of July that their Summer Street location was going to begin serving breakfast sandwiches daily from 7am – 11am along with coffee and orange juice!! This is Five Guys first location in the Northeast to offer breakfast on their menu.

Last week I was invited to pop in and try their newly launched breakfast menu. Knowing how good their burgers are I was sure breakfast would not disappoint.

I have to say this was one of the most delicious breakfast sandwiches I have had to this day! Served on a hamburger bun, all ingredients are cooked to order and served nice and hot. I went with a basic bacon, egg and cheese sandwich but Five Guys offers you plenty of toppings you find on their burgers so get creative! You can even add on a burger patty – I think I have to try that next!!
